The think like a mom program is a
for first time moms in which we introduce and master a new topic each week to prepare new moms for their postpartum journey.
The program is a perfect fit for an expecting mom 28 weeks or more pregnant or a mother with the baby six weeks and younger. Stay tuned, this program is coming soon!
I created the Think Like A M.O.M. Program because I see so many new moms struggle after the birth of their baby. They spend so much time preparing for the pregnancy, labor and delivery and not much time preparing for after the baby is born. This results in being very overwhelmed, shocked and surprised by things that most moms didn’t expect to happen after the birth of the baby.
Because being a first time mom is new, many moms may not realize that they’re not confident in what they’re thinking. I created this program to prepare and equip new mothers on what they should expect after the birth, how to change their thinking, and give moms the confidence they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their baby. This confidence will give moms peace of mind so that will eliminate the stress of trying to figure everything out on their own.

Alicia was able to guide me on topics such as increasing my milk supply, pumping, and maximizing our feeding sessions by evaluating my routines. She assisted with tips that every new mother needs to be successful at breastfeeding. For those reasons I would recommend Alicia Lilly to all first time moms with nursing concerns and all moms looking to reach their breastfeeding goals. I had an outstanding experience and she was a joy to be around. Thank you Alicia from my growing family and me. You totally delivered.
I really appreciate when Alicia helped me after having my first baby. She helped me latch him to breastfeed, and took him to burp so I could rest which was amazing. She also taught us how to use the baby carrier.
I absolutely loved the "8 Secrets You Must Know To Successfully Breastfeed" eBook! Such great info. I wished I would have had it when I was breastfeeding.
